Our Dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst
At Bright Life ABA, we are proud to have Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on our team, a credential that underscores our commitment to evidence-based practices and high-quality care. Our BCBAs possess extensive expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior and its impact on learning. This specialized knowledge allows them to design and implement individualized treatment plans that are not only effective but also compassionate and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family we serve.
Our BCBAs adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in the field. They are dedicated to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in ABA, ensuring that their therapeutic interventions are always cutting-edge and data-driven. This rigorous approach, guided by a deep understanding of behavioral principles, empowers them to foster meaningful progress and enhance the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental differences.
BCBA Clinical Director
My name is Autumn Belin, and I’m proud to serve as the Clinical Director and Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Bright Life ABA. My passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2018 and quickly grew into a lifelong mission to provide compassionate, individualized care to every child and family I serve.
I earned my Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2023. Although Indiana does not currently require licensure for behavior analysts, I proactively obtained my Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential to uphold the highest professional standards and ensure readiness as state regulations evolve.
With over seven years of experience in the field, my approach to therapy is both creative and relationship-driven. Every child is unique, and their treatment should reflect that individuality. I focus on building strong, trusting connections with clients, families, and staff while fostering confidence, growth, and collaboration at every step.
Growing up in Northern Indiana, I’ve seen firsthand how essential it is for families to have access to compassionate, high-quality autism services close to home. That understanding continues to shape my work and our mission at Bright Life ABA.
Outside of work, I find joy in staying active, spending time outdoors, and coaching high school girls and boys wrestling alongside my husband. My life is grounded in faith, family, and community, values that guide both my personal and professional paths.
